アプリ名にiOSをつけてAppStoreに申請するとrejectされる

初アプリをApp Storeに申請したところrejectされちゃいました。
ちなみに App Store Review Guidelines - App Store Resource Center
これによると8.1条にひっかかるようです。

8. Trademarks and trade dress

8.1
Apps must comply with all terms and conditions explained in the Guidelines for Using Apple Trademarks and Copyrights and the Apple Trademark List

　
このApple Trademark List を見てみると

IOS is a trademark or registered trademark of Cisco in the U.S. and other countries and is used under license.

とそのものずばりが書いています。
